Terms and Conditions
ORDER & PAYMENT:
Orders can be placed by using our secure on-line shopping basket. If you have any questions before ordering, you may also e-mail us at admin@LBVE.ca Please note that we have no minimum order.
For back-orders (items on order that are not yet in-stock), we will only ship orders that are complete. If you wish for items to ship separately when available, separate shipping charges will apply.
For payments, currently we only accept payment through Paypal. We will email you a Paypal Invoice upon receipt of your order.
All orders are processed immediately upon receipt of payment (within 24 hours). If you wish to cancel your order, it will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If your order has been shipped already, it will be treated as a return
The shipping cost and all related duties and taxes incurred will be deducted from your refund. Unauthorized returns and refused orders will not be accepted for refunds. Please pack the item in its original packaging (unused and unworn) and send back to us, shipping pre-paid by you. Clearly mark on the box “RETURN TO VENDOR”. Upon receipt of the return, we will then credit you back through Paypal for the merchandise only.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not sent back within 2 weeks of authorization.
SHIPPING:
Shipping charge will be added to each order.
Delivery time ranges from 5-7 working days depending on availability of products. If the items are in stock, they will be shipped out within 2 business days.

International Shipping
Customers will be contacted with most efficient and cost effective shipping method and quote. We will then charge you via Paypal accordingly. For a more exact shipping quote please contact us at admin@LBVE.ca
How are sales tax calculated?
If your order is shipping to USA or anywhere outside Canada, you will not need to pay any sales tax. If shipping within Canada, you will be charged accordingly to the sales tax rate of your province.
Customs/Duties
Orders shipped outside of Canada may have additional charges for customs and duty. These charges are charged and determined by the recipient country custom department and not by LA BELLE VIE ENTERPRISES LTD.
Rush Delivery
We can arrange for a rush delivery using the most cost efficient courier possible. Please let us know if you require a Rush Delivery on the Comment Section and we’ll email you with the courier charges before we ship out.

For the shipping address, please provide a confirmed address where someone will be able to sign for the package upon arrival and a telephone which Canada Post may contact you.
LA BELLE VIE ENTERPRISES LTD. will not be liable for any packages that arrive late due to shipping problems that arise with our couriers and the US/Canada Postal system, war, terrorist attacks or “Acts of God” such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, snow storms etc.
